Returns & Refunds Policy

At Yoofill LLC, we uphold the highest standards of clinical safety and product integrity. Because the medical aesthetic supplies we distribute are sensitive to storage conditions and handling, our return policy is strictly governed by safety protocols to protect both your practice and your patients.


1. Final Sale Commitment

To guarantee that every practitioner receives factory-fresh products that have never left a monitored, climate-controlled environment, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or unordered stock once the shipment has departed our secure facility.

2. Defective or Transit-Damaged Goods

In the rare event that a product arrives with a manufacturer defect or has been compromised during shipping:

  • Reporting Period: You must notify our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Documentation Required: Please email info@yoofill.shop with your Order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and high-resolution photos of:

    1. The external shipping box.

    2. The damaged product packaging.

    3. The Batch Number/LOT Code visible on the product.

  • Resolution: Once the claim is verified by our quality assurance team, we will issue a replacement or a store credit at no additional cost to you.

3. Fulfillment Discrepancies

If you receive an item that differs from your invoice:

  • Do Not Alter: Do not open the product box or break any security seals.

  • Immediate Notification: Contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and prioritize the dispatch of the correct items.

  • Void Criteria: Any product with a broken seal, opened box, or signs of handling will be deemed “used” and will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are strictly exempt from returns or refunds under any circumstances:

  • Cold-Chain Products: Any items requiring refrigeration (e.g., specific toxins).

  • Opened Products: Any item where the original manufacturer’s seal has been tampered with.

  • Clearance/Short-Expiry: Items purchased from our “Clearance” or “Short-Expiry” sections.

  • Customs Issues: Orders delayed or seized due to a buyer’s lack of proper medical licensing or local regulatory changes.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can only be honored if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once an order is “Processed” or “Shipped,” it is in the hands of the carrier and cannot be recalled or cancelled.

6. Refund Timelines

If a refund is authorized:

  • Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your balance, depending on your bank’s processing speeds.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Yoofill LLC was at fault for a shipping error.
