Global Return & Refund Policy

Because the medical aesthetic supplies we distribute are highly sensitive to storage conditions and handling, our return policy is strictly governed by medical safety protocols to protect your practice, your patients, and international healthcare standards.
1. Final Sale Commitment & Quality Assurance
To guarantee that every practitioner worldwide receives factory-fresh products that have never left a monitored, climate-controlled environment, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or overstock once the shipment has departed our secure facility. This strict protocol ensures that the chain of custody remains unbroken for every product we deliver globally.
2. Defective or Transit-Damaged Goods
In the rare event that a product arrives with a manufacturer defect or has been compromised during international shipping:
Reporting Period: You must notify our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Documentation Required: Please email info@yoofill.store with your Order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and high-resolution photos of:
The external shipping box (showing the carrier label).
The damaged product packaging.
The Batch Number / LOT Code visible on the product box.
Resolution: Once the claim is verified by our quality assurance department, we will prioritize the dispatch of a replacement or issue a store credit at no additional cost to you, handling all international customs and freight logistics for the replacement.
3. Fulfillment Discrepancies
If you receive an item that differs from your original invoice:
Do Not Alter: Do not open the product box or break any manufacturer security seals.
Immediate Notification: Contact us immediately. We will provide an international prepaid shipping label and prioritize the urgent dispatch of the correct items.
Void Criteria: Any product with a broken seal, opened box, or signs of handling will be deemed “used” under medical safety standards and will be strictly ineligible for exchange.
4. International Non-Returnable Categories
The following items are strictly exempt from returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances due to global healthcare regulations:
Cold-Chain Products: Any items requiring continuous refrigeration (e.g., specific botulinum toxins).
Opened Products: Any item where the original manufacturer’s hologram or security seal has been tampered with.
Clearance / Short-Expiry: Items purchased from our discounted or short-expiry sections.
Customs & Regulatory Issues: Orders delayed, abandoned, or seized by local customs authorities due to a buyer’s lack of proper regional medical licensing or local regulatory changes are the sole responsibility of the importer.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests can only be honored if the order has not yet entered our automated fulfillment stage. Once an order status is marked as “Processed” or “Shipped,” it is already in the global logistics pipeline and cannot be recalled, redirected, or cancelled.
6. Refund Timelines
If a refund or credit is officially authorized by our compliance team:
Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used during checkout to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your balance, depending on your international banking institution’s processing speeds.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs and premium thermal packaging fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Yooako LLC was at fault for a fulfillment error.
