Complete transparency is vital. As soon as your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated notification with a Tracking Number. This allows you to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment through our carrier’s portal.

6. Delivery Integrity & Risk

  • Address Verification: To prevent delays, please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Yoofill LLC cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address data provided at checkout.

  • External Delays: While we guarantee timely dispatch, we are not responsible for transit delays caused by customs inspections, carrier labor strikes, or extreme weather events.

  • Damaged Goods: If a shipment arrives with visible external damage, please record this with the driver and contact info@yoofill.shop within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

7. Signature & Security

Due to the high value and sensitive nature of our medical products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All deliveries require a signature from a professional recipient.
